I provide knowledge about the herbs and their uses. If you choose to taste anything, that is entirely your own responsibility.

My purpose is to make seminars with different topics. So you can choose the ones you like most. The seminars are in small groups of 5 to 10 people. You will learn how to use herbs in food and at home. Imagine yourself visiting a traditional home. With what i know from experience and studies, you will enter in a world of real connection with nature. You can read each seminar program and choose which one fits you.

6. Cretan Kalitsounia Seminar: This seminar is dedicated to one of the most traditional creations of Cretan cuisine, closely connected with the seasons of nature and how these traditional pastries change according to the herbs of each season.
